499bwt is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If a minor registers using a false age, all transactions on that account will be voided and the balance will not be refunded.

499bwt may request a National ID card or birth registration certificate at any time to verify a user's age. If the required documents are not provided within 72 hours, the account will be temporarily suspended.

499bwt currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant, though delays may occur due to payment gateway issues.

• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory. 499bwt is not responsible for deposits made with an incorrect reference.
• Deposited funds must not come from a third party. Only deposit from your own payment account.
• Additional verification may be required for single deposits exceeding BDT 10,000.

To withdraw winnings from 499bwt, your account must have a verified payment method. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals over BDT 5,000 will be held until identity verification is complete.
• Any applicable processing fees will be communicated in advance.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.

• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after a bonus is claimed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

All betting disputes on 499bwt are subject to the final decision of 499bwt. We are committed to following a fair and transparent process at all times.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 499bwt reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on both outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Betting using software or any form of technical advantage is prohibited.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible balance forfeiture:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Promotion abuse — creating fake accounts to claim bonuses.

499bwt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In cases of self-exclusion requested by the user.
• Under the direction of a court or law enforcement agency.

An email notification is generally sent before an account is closed. However, in cases of fraud, immediate action may be taken without prior notice. Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be refunded subject to verification.
